I passed by

三人行骨头店 three days ago and thought how nice it would be if both of

you are in Shanghai

so I could enjoy the companionship and a good light hearted chat in

front of the hot

pot.

I taught

a two three-

hour seminars at Tongji Univ. for their International MBA students

and it was a hit. So I am creating a third avenue for my retirement

life. I do have suggestions for ...... company's web site. I will

call you when I am back home in California to

discuss about

it.

Shanghai's market

is going down

pretty fast. The Taxi driver told me that they don't have much

night business any more for most of the companies are cutting back

on the overtime. the Paradise Club next to my Apt. has gone--either

moved or closed. My friends

are cutting back the salaries for their employees etc. I wish they

could pull through the period like we would in

US.

I will be back home on the 22nd.
